I've decided to step back from my laptop for a bit to concentrate on concept artwork and character design for the 'Krokodi' film, and do some more drawing. It felt so good just to use watercolours again! I spent today researching about crocodiles and alligators, using my Wildlife Fact-files that I've had in my cupboard for years! I've started drawing the animals realistically first before I go on to the more cartoon-looking characters, because as Disney-Pixar Twitter say "Pro Tip: Balance research with imagination." Did some watercolour and coloured pencil sketches which you can see below:
